A woman with a history of sexual offences against children has been arrested for breaching her court-ordered conditions for the third time since her 2011 release from prison.
Abbotsford Police Const. Ian MacDonald said Audrey Elizabeth Jean Black, 39, was arrested recently following an investigation into whether she was complying with her court-ordered conditions to refrain from using the internet.
She now faces three charges of failure to comply with a probation order.
Black, previously described by authorities as a high-risk sex offender, was the subject in June 2011 of a public notice by police that she was choosing to live in Abbotsford.
Black had been sentenced to four years in prison in Saskatchewan in 2007 after pleading guilty to sexual interference with a person under the age of 14, sexual touching of a person under 14, one count of making child
