SOUTH BEND — A former Long Beach woman with a history of sexually abusing a developmentally disabled family member is likely to receive a life sentence at her Jan. 26 hearing.
Victoria Suzanna Jackson, also known as Victoria Milligan, 23, pleaded guilty to first-degree incest and second-degree assault with a sexual motivation in Pacific County Superior Court on Jan. 5.
Prosecutor Mark McClain said in a press release that it was a “particularly troubling” case. He is asking that Jackson receive a life sentence under the state’s Indeterminate Sentence Review Board because it was not the first time she had abused the victim, who is an adult.
“While she did not physically assault her (victim), he was incapable of consent in the same way someone may be too intoxicated to consent and as such committed a sex offense,” McClain
