Superior Court Report Possible life sentence for female sex offender

SOUTH BEND — A former Long Beach woman with a history of sexually abusing a developmentally disabled family member is likely to receive a life sentence at her Jan. 26 hearing.

Victoria Suzanna Jackson, also known as Victoria Milligan, 23, pleaded guilty to first-degree incest and second-degree assault with a sexual motivation in Pacific County Superior Court on Jan. 5.

Prosecutor Mark McClain said in a press release that it was a “particularly troubling” case. He is asking that Jackson receive a life sentence under the state’s Indeterminate Sentence Review Board because it was not the first time she had abused the victim, who is an adult.

“While she did not physically assault her (victim), he was incapable of consent in the same way someone may be too intoxicated to consent and as such committed a sex offense,” McClain

Attorney General Josh Hawley says a jury in western Missouri’s Jackson County has found 38-year-old Michael F. McNamara to be a sexually violent predator.

Hawley describes McNamara as a “diagnosed pedophile with a history of molesting prepubescent female children.”

Hawley says McNamara was given probation in Kansas City in 2009 after taking a plea to molesting a six-year-old girl he was babysitting.

Hawley says that just one month later, McNamara molested two additional girls, ages six and seven.

The Attorney General says that when McNamara was caught, he confessed to molesting a three-year-old girl in 1996, while changing her diaper.

McNamara served prison time and

Longtime Bronx high school coach axed for telling ‘rapist’ joke to female athletes

An iconic track coach at the Bronx High School of Science has been sacked from his job for making a “rapist” joke at practice.

Ken Miller said Friday he was canned last month for telling girls on the team to “run like a rapist was chasing them” as part of a poorly conceived pep talk.

“I don’t know what I was thinking,” said Miller, who helped launch the Bronx Science girls track program in the 1970’s and had worked at the school as a history teacher and coach since then.

“I told them to run like a rapist was chasing them. But I should’ve said to run like a bear was chasing them,” Miller told the Daily News Friday. “It was so stupid.”

Miller, who is retired and was working as an hourly employee in his capacity as coach, said he was removed from his job over the incident, which occurred off campus

Ingrid Goes West Review: Single White Female for the Instagram Obsessed

Aubrey Plaza takes a stab at social media obsession in Ingrid Goes West. Written and directed by Mat Spicer, the film is a fairly humorous if uneven take. The world of Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook is ripe for obvious satire. Ingrid Goes West has ample ammunition to target the facade of commercialism and narcissism. It needed to dig deeper regarding the mental health aspects of the story. Ingrid is an unbalanced, mentally ill character. Her desperate antics are funny to a point. Then become a sad reflection of the so-called connected world.

Aubrey Plaza stars as Ingrid Thorburn, a mentally unstable millennial unable to cope with her mother’s death. Fresh out of an asylum and flush with cash from her inheritance, Ingrid succumbs again to her psychosis. She becomes fixated on the glamorous lifestyle of social media star, Taylor Sloane (Elizabeth Olsen). The

Female sex offender sentenced to nine years in prison

A woman convicted last year of helping a Tennessee runaway come to Texarkana, Ark., to work as a prostitute was sentenced to nine years in prison Tuesday.

Ashley Elizabeth Hatfield, 29, was sentenced in Miller County to a six-year term of probation in April 2016 for transporting a minor across state lines for prohibited sexual contact, a conviction which requires sex offender registration. Since then, Hatfield has been arrested twice for failing to register as a sex offender.

Hatfield was sentenced to five years probation in January for failing to register as a sex offender and was re-arrested for repeating the same offense just a few months later. Probation officials filed motions to revoke Hatfield’s probations for transporting a minor and for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements as well.

Hatfield pleaded guilty to
